What is the job?
This position interfaces with client's customers, field sales and support management, corporate account managers, product group and corporate sales management. Principle responsibilities include on-site source to support all repair needs, report management, renewal parts sales, electronic repair sales, and qualifying GTS/client's sales leads.
Provides consultative, transactional, and analytical services to the client. This includes, but is not limited to, gathering relevant product data and creating metrics reports and databases that would aid in project status reports.
A self-starter, independent thinker, and able to self-manage time and constraints.
Assisting the current on-site AMPs in daily transactional work.
Picking up repairable asset cores from the various sites within the plant.
Data entry in to Rockwell Automations proprietary Asset Management and Reliability Software, tracking order status, receiving, tagging and closing out orders when repair parts are received
Generating Reporting as required for the business and customer
Provides competent, professional representation of the Asset Management products and services to the client.
Coordinates and communicates Asset Management commercial activities with the Asset Management Professionals and client organization. Acts as embedded Asset Management coordinator to client for the duration of the client contract.
Creates a competitive advantage for Rockwell Automation by providing consulting services to current and potential customer (s) that look for opportunities in the Repair Parts, Repair Plus, Electronic Repair Sales, and all Asset Management products.
What you bring to the job?
Customer Account Management or Project Management experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass the drug test and background check
