The Asset Management Leader (AML) is an embedded consultant who works with a client to help reduce their MRO demand on the plant floor by executing proven methodologies and leveraging our broad portfolio of services and capabilities. The focus of the AML is to help the client increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve reliability. The AML is a key member of our customer support team and interfaces with sales, services management, product groups, and authorized distributors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and manage SOP's associated with the repair process at the client location

  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements in regards to the MRO/repair process with focus on plant reliability

  • Coordinate and process repair transactions

  • Provide live tracking for all assets repaired or managed

  • Perform daily reporting and data analysis by gathering product data from customer ERP systems and RA tracking software.

  • Develop relationships with the key customer stakeholders to identify the customer's key performance indicators. Create program metric reports using RA software and other tools that meet customer requirements.

  • Make recommendations based on inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations and obsolescence management

  • Root cause failure analysis

  • Ability to apply reliability model to improve customers up time and operating equipment effectiveness.

  • Responsible for communication between the customer account and management, RA sales and distributors and RA Product Management to ensure that required information is provided timely and accurately

Description The Provider Education Specialist is responsible for providing education and training to physician groups/offices on correct diagnostic coding initiatives, compliance of plan tools, reporting on findings resulting from chart audits, ensuring accurate data entry for CMS submission. This specialist will also extract and enter codes from plan tools (Enhanced Encounters, 360 exams and Health Management Reports), perform comprehensive chart reviews and enter into electronic systems for data capture. The specialist will be required to maintain required productivity and accuracy rate. This specialist ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes and conducts training/education of physicians and/or physician offices through one-on-one and mass communications/presentations. The Provider Education Specialist must be available for day and evening off-site and telephonic training/education. Qualifications * Candidate must be located in the Greenville, South Carolina Market Area* * HS diploma is required * Active coding certification through AHIMA or AAPC is required. * At least two years' of hospital inpatient and/or outpatient or medical office coding experience is required. * Prior experience training providers on chart documentation and coding guidelines is preferred. * Prior audit/quality experience preferred. * Prior experiences teaching/training others on correct coding guidelines and/or have the ability to present to large groups of Physicians/Providers or in one-to-one settings preferred. Additional responsibilities/experience includes: * Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding principles and guidelines. * Familiarity with physician-specific regulations and polices related to documentation and coding. * Microsoft Office expertise including Word, Excel and Power Point applications that will be used to develop and present training material * Please Note: travel to provider offices will be required for this position and the viable candidate needs to be available for day and evening sessions.
