Assessment Lead

JANUS Research Group is currently hiring an Assessment Lead to support IAC MAC at Quantico, VA. This position is contingent on funding.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead analyst with HHQ & adjacent organizations to integrate Service Force Development Campaign of Learning activities.
Integrate Service-learning demands in external Service activities.
Inform the Service Force Development Process on knowledge learned from activities that have implications on our future force.
Engage and maintain relationships with the analytical community to identify and leverage opportunities to support Service efforts.
Provide detailed assessment documents to support leadership team decision-making.
Able to interact and effectively communicate with senior Marine Corps uniformed officers and senior executives to coordinate the execution of complex tasks.
Assistance in providing support to CD&I as required in support of its overall mission.

Minimum Qualifications:

Possess and maintain eligibility for Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (security clearance) Travel overnight up to approximately 10% of the time.
Travel throughout the National Capital Region to attend off-sight meetings.
Exercise proficiency with Microsoft productivity software and web-based information/knowledge management tools, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook to fulfill tasking.
