LSSI is hiring a full-time Clinical Manager. To provide direct supervision of assigned staff & provide direct service as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage direct care staff; assign responsibilities, evaluate & coordinate activities of assigned staff.

  • Responsible for recruitment & training of new staff.

  • Ensure all documentation submitted to IDHS/DMH and UIC-CON conforms to Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program & all governing agencies.

  • Attend & participate in IDHS/UIC sponsored meetings & teleconferences.

  • Submit completed documentation to IDHS/UIC & update Outcome ledger &/or Assessment ledgers & master list on weekly basis.

  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity,

  • treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social service field required.

  • Three years of supervisory experience.

  • License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) & License Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

  • Background check clearance required.

  • Ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.

  • Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
