Position Summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Data Assessment Analyst to join our team supporting the Office of Under Secretary Intelligence and Security's Innovation, Data, and Enterprise Assessment team. As an Assessment Analyst you will be responsible for collaborating with different divisions within the DoD to compile and analyze data on organizational performance and present to senior leaders. This individual will be required to lead and organize monthly working sessions to ensure strategic priorities and objectives are being implemented. This individual will be assisting in solving complex problems by producing critical analysis of data and reasoning to assist client in making decisions.

On-site in Arlington, VA

Key Job Responsibilities

• Produce executive-level reports, briefs, staff packages, and decision-support analysis. Estimated quantity is three (3) per week.

• Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytical methodologies

• Perform research/modeling and analysis to meet strategic planning and management

• Design and perform analytical studies to inform decision-making and support resource decisions. Analysis will be performed daily.

Required Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relatable experience and within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) headquarters environment.

• Three (3) or more years of experience understanding and applying advanced analytical concepts

• Five (5) years of experience in understanding quantitative and qualitative analyses and applying methodologies for analyzing organizational/program performance data

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) headquarters environment

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to justify strategic priorities and objectives

• Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, or economics

• Strong background in organizational research

• Experience as an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA)
