The Whirlpool Ottawa Team is seeking a select group of individuals who will hire directly into Whirlpool.
The roles will likely be on third shift wihich runs on a 4-10hr schedule from Monday night at 8pm thru 6:30am Friday morning allowing for a longer weekend to spend with your family.
Day to Day (what a typical day or week looks like in this role)
As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
What You Need To Succeed
Must have a High School Diploma or a GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Work experience - Nine monther of previous manufacturing is required.
The ability to read and write simple English or American Sign Language, including following detailed directions
The ability to pass a drug test and background check
Compensation/Benefits starting wage is $14.50 per hour plus shift premium.
