Assembly Team Leader Dojo Trainer
Team Leader Dojo Trainer is a production support group who's primary function is to support Team Leader training to achieve a safe and quality product, just in time, with a customer first mindset. They are expected to work safely either on a team or independently with little supervision. This position requires attendance dependability, being able to work daily overtime, and Saturdays when required. Strong communication and organizational skills will be needed while working with a variety of customers from all across assembly.
Team Leader Dojo Trainer must be able to perform their job functions safely without constant supervision.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Strong communication skills to teach ideal conditions to Team Leaders
Conduct Process Observations
Manage/Maintain New Team Leader training materials
Track TL recertifications utilizing Excel
Strong communication skills to relay any training gaps or issues to GL and respective areas
Support Assembly Line
Toyota Length of Service 2 Years.
36 months since last transfer.
No current corrective action (Written or above)
"Meets" or above on Performance Evaluation (Knowledge, Ability, & Skills)
Able to perform essential job functions.
Meets shop position requirements/experience/education/training.
TMMTX Assembly Team Leader.
5 years as a TL
Must have completed TJI & TCS.
Must have completed a personal PDCA
Must have completed a QCC in a team setting.
5 years minimum in Assembly.
Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge.
Participated and completed 2 or more QCC activities.
5 process certifications to be able to support effective TM training.
