DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Run, troubleshoot and changeover any and all assembly machines and generally perform all assembly functions including labeling, dunnage management at the machine, part pack out, end-of-machine inspection and the processing of all necessary documentation associated with trace ability, product flow, and verifications. This position will be counted upon to support, maintain and enhance all assembly operations and systems with regard to uptime, quality, efficiency and TPM performance.

Ensure smooth process flow by moving material at various stages through the assembly process through the use of a pallet truck or by hand. Responsible for any and all 5S housekeeping duties as assigned by production managers, manufacturing manager or approved engineering staff members. This position has a starting rate of $15.89/hr. and will progress to a top out rate of $18.89/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Minimum one year of factory experience and a high school diploma or GED.
2.Must have experience in the assembly area of A&F factory and be able to demonstrate the ability to run, changeover and troubleshoot assembly machines.3.Must be able to run, troubleshoot, and changeover all automated and semi- or hand automated machines.
4.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (up to one-third of the work period), primarily empty part baskets.
5.On a continuous basis (100% of the time) must be able to stand and/or walk.
6.On a frequent basis must be able to reach by extending hands and arms as well as handle by seizing, holding, grasping, turning or working with hands.

8.Depth perception, or three dimensional vision, is also needed on a frequent basis.
9.Fingering by picking, pinching, or otherwise working with the fingers rather than the whole hand or arm is also needed on an occasional basis.
10. Must be a good communicator and be able to accept requests for assistance from other associates as well as from the direct supervisor.

VIEW JOBS 12/4/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-04T00:00 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assembly and Finishing (A & F) Process Technician will enhance production operations by supporting and ensuring continuous improvement of Anodize, Phosphate, Skirt Coat, Assembly machines and other A&F Systems. This includes, but is not limited to, systems performance in areas such as up time, reliability, and quality. The A & F Process Tech. will provide technical knowledge and support existing throughout the A & F systems. This technical knowledge includes but is not limited to vision, inkjet, gauging, anodize testing, reaction plans, and troubleshooting on all and future processes. Manage and monitor Titrations across all equipment in the Finishing area and be proficient in reacting to issues that might occur. They will monitor daily functions of the process in order to protect the customer against non-conforming products and advancing the cost-effective improvement of the process. This position will start at $19.32/hr and will progress over 15 months to a top out rate of $23.05/hr. REQUIREMENTS: * Three year's manufacturing experience and two years in the Assembly & Finishing department or industrial equivalent preferred * Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 60 pounds occasionally. * On a continuous basis (100% of the time) must be able to stand and/or walk.On a frequent basis must be able to stoop, or bend (up to one-half of the workday). * On a frequent basis must be able to crouch downward and forward by bending legs and spine. * On a frequent basis must be able to reach by extending hands and arms as well as handle by seizing, holding, grasping, turning or working with hands. * Depth perception, or three-dimensional vision, is also needed on a frequent basis. * Necessary on an occasional basis (up to one-third of the work period) is the ability to kneel by bending the legs at the knees to come to rest on the knee or knees. * Near acuity (clarity of vision at 20" or less) is needed on an occasional basis as well. * Able and willing to work around fuel mixtures, moving parts, and electrical power.
