We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our assembly teams in various departments including the Machine Shop, CME, and Final Pack. Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift:6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Shifts are 8 hours with a 30-minute paid lunch break.

Starting Wage: $18.00/hr - $21.60/hr (based on shift)

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform assembly, sub-assembly, and/or packaging operations per approved documentation and training
• Document and verify all work performed on job traveler and pertaining forms
• Understanding of material handling and control procedures such as lot control, line clearance, forms, and material requisition forms
• Use measurement tools and inspect products to ensure compliance with production standards
• Complete and review required documentation to meet quality system standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with quality system requirements
• Train new hires and current employees on assembly processes and best practices
• Ensure high standards in quality, throughput, and productivity
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Position Requirements:

Education/Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred (training will be provided)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Proficient in basic arithmetic calculations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Finger dexterity for handling small components
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally

Physical Requirements:

• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Must be willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, gown/coveralls, and safety shoes
