We are seeking dedicated Truss Manufacturing Associates for night shift openings to join our team! Come join a relaxed working environment!

Essential Job Duties:

The Truss Manufacturing Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Working with a team in a production setting, using hand and power tools to assemble trusses according to customer orders

  • Prep material used in the assembly of roof trusses and floor trusses using hand and power tools, air nail guns and other automated equipment as needed

  • Pick and pull production material as needed

  • Load, unload, store and package inventory as needed

  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment while observing all posted safety rules


  • Woodworking, carpentry or construction experience a plus

  • Ability to operate equipment such as :staplers, nail guns, routers, variety of saws

  • Attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs on a repetitive basis, occasionally up to 100 lbs or more

  • Have a desire to produce a quality product with a team effort in the assembly process

  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen

Oversees installation, operation, maintenance and repair of such equipment as centralized heat, gas, water and steam systems. Performs regular checks on all buildings, HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, and various equipment according to schedule. Performs preventative maintenance and repair electric forklifts and floor jacks. Performs simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Performs mechanics skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perfume required maintenance and service. Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments. Performs a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Uses hand and power air tools to maintain and repair equipment in each facility. Performs electrical repairs, plumbing repairs and A/C repairs. Checks and repair other Freon and ammonia refrigeration units. Complies with company safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area. Follows HACCP and SSOP regulation Education: HS Diploma Requirements: Must be Highly motivated and work independently as well as effectively as a team member. Must be able to build and maintain quality working relationships with associated and vendors. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic operation with multiple priorities. Must be able to tolerate frequent interruption while maintain cheerful, competent and efficient service.
