Manpower has immediate opening for an Assembler in New Berlin, WI.

  • 1st shift
  • 6:00AM

  • 2:30 PM 1st shift hours + OT

  • 2nd shift
  • 2:45PM - 11:15 PM 2nd shift hours + OT
  • 3rd shift
  • 9:45 PM

  • 6:15 AM - Sunday night to Friday morning

What is the job?

  • Assemble products, following work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Assemble products, following work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements.

  • Proofs work for accuracy and completeness. Corrects errors during visual inspection

  • Interface with engineering to accurately communicate information

  • Maintains accurate records for verification.

  • Review assembly processes and methods and recommend changes to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of productivity and quality

  • Assembler experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to pass the drug test and background check

This is an entry level position that requires minimal mechanical knowledge and ability to work well with little supervision. Starting wage at $17/ hour!!
