The Assembler 3 will provide daily assembly and integration support for all Inventory and Project assembly builds. Works at their own assembly station with the other 4X assemblers to ensure efficient build processes, repeatability of project and inventory builds and to help keep projects on schedule for on time deliveries. The Assembler 3 will work independently with provided materials and work instructions; completing Product or Project work as regularly planned on the Assembly and Integration Dashboard. Interacts with the Engineering and QA community on an as-needed basis to ensure quality is in every build.

Temporary Assignment with the Potential for Regular Full-Time Employment

• Able to assemble complex electronic equipment using schematics, drawings, BOM and detailed Build Instructions.

• Able to build wiring harnesses using interconnect diagrams and cable specifications.

• Able to solder wires to printed circuit boards or other points of contact in an assembly.

• Able to repair failed assemblies as received on customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) jobs. Able to positively and constructively interact with the wider production team to help manage sudden changes in priorities and schedules.

• Must have a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Current certification to IPC soldering standards.

• Able to perform fine pitch soldering of through-hole and surface mount components on printed circuit boards.

• Previous experience assembling complex electronic chassis.

• Previous experience assembling single-bay and dual-bay electronic racks.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $24-$27
