The Opportunity:

The Product Development Assembly Technician will report to the Production Order Manager. We are looking for someone who is a team player, demonstrates an aptitude for learning and brings a positive attitude every day! Electrical wiring experience is a plus!

Your Impact:

  • Light duty mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of lighting fixtures and related accessories, per provided instructions from product development team (All tools provided)

  • Transportation of skids via pallet jack and fork truck throughout typical warehouse environment

  • Re-packaging of completed items as needed

  • Identify and provide suggestions for improvement of production processes

  • Provide general warehouse support during production downtime

What you bring:

  • Must have your own personal, reliable transportation

  • The ability to work on your own and provide an estimated timeline for completion for open production orders

  • Experience with hand and power tools

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to train temporary help as needed in times of high volume of production

  • Can work both independently and as part of team

  • The ability to perform in a fast paced, time-sensitive work environment

  • Dont mind rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to move the team forward

  • A personality that fundamentally understands and values our company principles
