iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Intake Operator I in our Orange County, Cypress location. Our Intake environment is fast paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Specific job responsibilities include:
Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
Follow all Work Instructions, SOP's, and safety requirements
Comply with IRhythm's policy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations
Maintain the cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces within
Perform good recycling practices
Receive and process the Patch device (includes de-kitting and verification of patient information)
Upload data from the Patch device to iRhythm's proprietary software tools
Ability to meet deadlines/goals/objectives
Identify and communicate any safety, quality, and process issues or concerns as applicable
Understand and comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Participate in lean activities and 5S improvement
Support problem-solving small group activities
What your schedule will look like:
Monday through Saturday, with rotational weekends
6-day work weeks are based on business demand and is likely
Ability and willingness to come in prior to shift or stay over after shift up to 4 hours, if needed
Ability and willingness to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
Business operation is 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

Experience:
High school education or equivalent preferred
Minimum three months related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment, preferred
Computer proficiency required
Data entry experience preferred
Ability to work in a team environment, supporting the objectives and goals of the organization
Good time management skills
Flexibility in work assignments
