Assembles units, exhaust fans, house doors, damper hoods and makes pan rings according to job order Smooths burred surfaces with files and grinders Lay and attach metal or wood flooring and/or covering Apply primer, paint, and caulk as needed Perform close up requirements Other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Ability to understand structural drawings Understanding of 6S Basic math skills Basic reading/writing skills Knowledge of basic hand tools Ability to read/understand a tape measure Ability to use a paintbrush Ability to operate air assisted paint gun Knowledge of different types of flooring Knowledge and understanding of metal types and gauging Ability to utilize pneumatic/hydraulic hand tools Ability to operate a forklift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms.

The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six months related experience and/or training.
