The Opportunity | Assembler
Under general supervision, the Assembler follows process drawings/schematics to assemble, repair and inspect components and assemblies for the production of the company's products. Work is semi-routine in nature, following established procedures.
Major Accountabilities /Deliverables
Assemble components to a final configured product utilizing process and drawing instructions. Detailed oriented.
Solder to IPC standards. (Fine-pitch soldering)
Reads/understands and interprets assembly drawings, parts lists, schematics, operations sheets and visual aids.
Verify quality and configuration of product against the drawings at the required intervals and verify accuracy of all work
Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, walking, sitting, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. In addition, frequent lifting (up to 20 lbs)
4-6 years' experience in a similar role
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and BOMs.
Certified to IPC/J-STD standards
Basic computer skills including MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a U.S Citizen
