This is a contract opportunity only. As an Assembler contracting with our Morgan Hill, CA office you will have responsibility for the assembly and/or testing of handheld test measurement products.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assembly / sub-assembly of handheld test measurement equipment.

  • Testing work in process material using computer automated test system.

  • Move product in and out of oven room set at 50 degrees C.

  • This position will be reporting to the Handheld Production Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA

Requirements:

  • Mechanical assembly skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge

We are seeking a Final Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This is a Swing Shift role: Regular working hours/days are 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday- Friday. Core Responsibilities: * Performing Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) visual inspection to IPC-A-610, Class3 workmanship criteria. * Performing PCBA inspection under a microscope. * Entering data into computer systems such as Manex, Excel, and Spotlight. * Performing Device History Record (DHR) verification before releasing finished medical devices/products to shipping. * Reporting and communicating issues to supervisors and engineers. * Supporting daily production schedules in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. * Adhering to ESD, Board Handling, and Safety practices. * Required Education and Experience: * Reading/interpreting assembly drawing, specifications, BOM, MPI's, ECN/ECO and procedures. * Basic computer skills (examples: Windows / ERP). * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Preferred Education and Experience: * IPC-A-610 certification. * Computer skills in Defect Tracking Systems. * Two years of experience in First Article, In-Process, Final Quality Assurance Inspection. * Inspection experience on medical devices and familiar with cGMP/QSR * Minimum Education: High school diploma.
