This company offers on the job training so you do not need to have previous manufacturing experience in order to be considered. Individuals will be utilizing a microscope during a majority of the day and will be performing the assembly under the microscope, this is something the trainers are absolutely willing to train you how to use as long as you show you are willing to be trained and willing to put forth the effort it takes to learn.
