Responsibilities

Under general supervision, uses electronic parts, equipment, and lab tools required to perform the various electronic wiring and assembly functions on prototype and/or production type hardware according to the company workmanship standards and military or NASA specifications. Reads and interprets assembly drawings, parts lists, operations sheets and visual aids. May set up and operate automatic prepping, loading, and insertion equipment and perform any rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures, as well as incorporate ECN's into completed boards.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent, and one to two years of previous experience are required.

The Package Assembler 2 performs repetitive assembly of the company's products into complete packages including, but not limited to, precision replicated optics, accessories, manuals, operating instructions and data sheets. May perform other packaging tasks including: placing labels on packages, counting and sorting various items, and forming or breaking down boxes for final product. When applicable, maintains related records to comply with government standards.Perform production transactions using SAP and data entry using Microsoft Excel Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
