• 2:30pm, OT as required

Hourly Rate of Pay: From $22.60/hour

Sign On Bonus: $1500 ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months - must not be on a corrective action for attendance)

Primary Function

Assembler (1st Shift) constructs high quality custom commercial water heaters, boilers, and pool heaters; assembles items such as fans, gas trains, sheet metal parts, heat exchangers and other assemblies

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Start up, operation and shutdown of equipment.

• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.

• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.

• Complete assembly of components while inspecting components for fit, form and function per defined procedures.

• Use a variety of hand tools.

• Ensure conformance to specifications.

• Interpret, monitor and record production data.

• Learn multiple tasks related to the assigned production area.

• Maintain and clean and safe production area.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Measurement/mathematical skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use electronic information.

• Ability to work independently or on a team

• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

High School Diploma or GED
