KEY ACTIVITIES

• Implement Sunroc mission (Building a Better Community) and core values (We Value People, Our Word is Our Bond, Always Give a Full Measure, We Continuously Improve).

• Operate CAT 1055 and 655 pavers productively, efficiently, and safely.

• Set up paver with automatics.

• Work with and assist the foreman, superintendent, and other team members to complete a quality job.

• Direct and teach our laborers for success.

• Clean out paver at end of the day and get it ready for the next day by greasing and doing minor repairs, using a grease gun, oilcan, or hand tools.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Know how to set up and run the paver with System 5 TopCon automatics.

• Understand asphalt paving procedures.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Experience operating the CAT 1055 and 655 pavers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to sit for long periods, work in the heat, bend, and lift.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Documentation that proves eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Attention and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
