Are you ready to join us in as a Lead FPGA Design Engineer working for the Central ASIC & FPGA Engineering organization on a program as needed?
AS AN FGPA DESIGN ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
Support other aspects of ASIC and FPGA development such as architecture, design, analysis, and test.
Support technical reviews and be able to present to internal and external customers support an independent verification team verifying the design.
This position can be a full-time telecommuting position if desired.

14 - 20 years of professional experience for this role.
You are willing to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO HAVE:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Electrical or Electronics program or other closely related discipline.
Leadership of teams performing FPGA and/or electronics design
Experience in the design of FPGA and/or ASIC devices.
HDL programming experience with VHDL or Verilog.

Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience in the design of FPGA and/or ASIC devices.
HDL programming experience with VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog.
Willing and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Experience in engineering project management or leadership (including scoping, sizing, cost estimation, planning, scheduling, staffing and tracking).
Demonstrated experience in ASIC / FPGA life cycle (architecture, design, simulation, verification, validation, integration & test).
Knowledgeable in automated test pattern generation, logic equivalency checking, linting and/or other formal design checks.
Knowledge of space-grade/qualified FPGAs and ASICs.
Knowledge of digital design, development, and simulation.
Experience interfacing with external FPGA and/or ASIC vendors through full product lifecycle.
Experience working with ASIC/FPGA Electronic Design Automation (EDA) vendors in tool selection and production use.
FPGA engineering process improvement activities.
Knowledge of Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design and development processes.
Model Based Engineering (MBE) and or Model Based Systems design (MBSD).
Metrics collection, analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.
