Summary: Develop and retain a database of qualified Asian-gaming guests through targeted sales and marketing efforts; including prospecting, promotions and special events.
Essential Functions:
Works closely with the Director of Asian Gaming to create and execute specialized programs geared to drive revenue for Asian guests.
Develops new players, maintains existing players and services all VIP level casino guests.
Maintains an individual database of qualified players.
Through telemarketing efforts promotes and cultivates business keeping the Stratosphere top of mind with guests.
Meets quarterly goals, including those pertaining to revenue, filling special events, and telemarketing efforts.
Meets and greets guests on the casino floor.
Proactively responds to targeted guest needs by arranging rooms, dinner reservations, show tickets, and transportation on and or off property.
Completes administrative duties for department transactions.
Hosts off-site events and promotional parties to maintain customer loyalty and obtain new business.
Makes decisions regarding player comps and other incentives within department guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of previous Host experience in Asian Gaming
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; both spoken and written form.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Chinese (Mandarin and or Cantonese) or Vietnamese.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Must have all documents required for work eligibility in the United States.

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
May be required to work long hours on varied shifts.
