Job Summary TheASG Solutions Architect – M365 will analyze, design, and implement

Microsoft Messagingservices and related solutions for our company’s end customers and partners.Theywill also serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading services within our customers’ and partners environments. This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Responsible for the design, consult, and implementation of Microsoft messaging and identity solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements including: Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Microsoft 365 Entra AD Conditional Access Multi Factor Authentication SaaS Integration Self-Service Password Reset Responsible for the migration of:

Latest legacy Exchange and Active Directory infrastructure to M365 Plan, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services deployments and migrations Perform PowerShell scripting for automation, documentation, and standardization Ensure security is integrated into all Microsoft 365 architecture solutions Develops technical roadmaps for future Microsoft 365 implementations Guide strategic customers as they design and implement Microsoft 365 projects ranging from greenfield deployments, tenant consolidations, and business transformations through on-site and remote engagements Deliver best practices and recommendation to clients Collaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentations Plan, manage, and troubleshoot complex customer environments, deployments, and migrations Collect, produce, and update deployment and design documentation for customer engagements Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility Minimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Messaging & Identity technology Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and migrating Microsoft Messaging/Identity technology Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment Required Skills Proficiency with the design, implementation, migrations, and support of Microsoft Messaging & Identitysolutions Strong project time management and communication skills Consultative approach to deploying enterprise architecture Passion for technology Expert and timely decision-making skills Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong troubleshooting skills Drive to learn and deploy new technology Receptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences Ability to travel to client sites upon reasonable request Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience of Architect services Certifications Required Microsoft Associate Certification, must be obtained within 6 months of employment Unique Requirements Travel to customer sites, up to 10% annually Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
