AAA Club Alliance has served the automotive needs of customers throughout Greater Cincinnati, Columbus and Central Ohio. In addition to our full range of services to meet every car care need, we sell a variety of tires to accommodate all makes and models. In keeping with our tradition of quality and service, we are currently looking for dependable and hardworking Tire Technicians/Mechanics for various locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area!

Our CCIT stores are AAA owned and operated. AAA serves a large membership base and exemplifies the trusted AAA Brand. There is plenty of business year round.

Our Automotive Repair Technician A's are dedicated technicians who:

  • Perform the following repairs at an expert level: engine repair, gas and diesel, automatic transmission/transaxle diagnosis and repair, manual transmission/ suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, brakes diagnosis and repair, including ABS/traction control, electrical diagnosis and repair, heating and air conditioning diagnosis and repair, engine performance diagnosis and repairs

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.

  • Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures as outlined in the safety information supplied by each equipment manufacturer and corporate safety policies.

  • Organize the work presented and plan for the highest efficiency in the performance of all job functions, including vehicle movement.

  • Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance at a level normally acquired through the completion of six (6) years as an Automotive Technician.

  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or car dealer certification as a "Master Automotive Technician", or the equivalent knowledge and experience with the ability to attain the required certifications within 12 months of hire.

  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification is preferred.

  • State Safety and Emissions license - as required by state location is preferred. R134A recycling certificate.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to operate passenger vehicles and medium-duty trucks with automatic and manual transmissions.

  • Ability to lift a maximum of 75lbs, and stand for prolonged periods of time.

  • Satisfactory employment screening results.

This Scrum Master will be in direct support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Common Services project on the Global Combat Support System - Air Force 2 (GCSS-AF2) program. On the CCE ERP project, team members collaborate on all activities to support systems engineering, integration, software capability/maintenance and related support services. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in transforming and building end-to-end environments using DevOps to integrate, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and operate multiple systems on a traditional Engineered System. This role requires an experienced Scrum Master to work on a team under the guidance of a Senior Scrum Master. This team will provide support across multiple Agile teams in a Government environment. The target candidate will have experience implementing and transitioning a Government project to Agile using best practices of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The target candidate will have experience with management tools such as JIRA with knowledge of model configurations in support of multiple product areas. Scrum Masters will manage the output of Systems Engineering technical vision and support horizontal communication across all project areas.
