Conduct daily audits and process in inspections of clinical charts to ensure compliance with application regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.

They direct Advanced clinical staff and physicians, systems, and tools to help providers hit triple aim goals of aligning patients, providers and payors. The CPM is a multi-functional role that focuses on overall clinical and operational coordination and creating efficiencies with standardization of clinical processes. OUTCOMES * In a fast paced and high volume work environment, acquire and analyze accurate clinical information from the patients chart, guide the clinical staff (MAs, sonographers, FOC) according to information gathered from the multiples sources, and to effectively communicate the information to clinical staff and providers to manage the flow of clinic. * Constantly monitor the patient and work-flow to keep the clinic functioning effectively and efficiently. * Disseminate the appropriate tasks to each member of the team in a clear, compelling, and objective manner. * Creates a positive and motivating work environment, and makes team members feel that their contributions are visible and valued. * Self-awareness on their own actions, its impact, and the willingness to admit and take responsibility. * Observes situational and group dynamics and selects best fit approach to solve problems. QUALIFICATIONS Basic Qualifications: Education: * A Medical Assistant certification + minimum of 5 years of urology clinic experience * Internal candidates: 6 months experience as a PS3 Previous Job Relevant Work Experience: * At least 1 year of experience in clinical field/setting * Knowledge of urology experience highly preferred * A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above Credentials/Licensures * Current CMA Certification Preferred Qualifications: Education: * Bachelors Degree in Science + minimum of 1 year of clinical experience or * Associate degree + minimum of 3 years of clinical experience Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience: * Previous clinical experience in Urology or Gynecology field * Leadership experience * Previous experience in high volume clinical settings * Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system/program preferred Credentials/Licensures * Current LPN Licensure is a plus Advanced Urology Roswell GA
