Duties include administering and supervising all production and technical requirements for all events booked in and around the Irving Arts Center; coordinating facility maintenance and in house construction and renovation projects; hiring, supervising, scheduling and evaluating theatre technical staff and maintenance staff; ensuring safety standards are met; and administrative duties including but not limited to staff evaluations, scheduling and budget recommendations and management for facility maintenance and theatre operations. A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in theater, arts administration, business or a related field and five years of increasingly responsible related experience required.
