What You Will Do:

The Articulate Storyline Developer position will be required to place approved content and media assets into Articulate Storyline source files for the production of online learning. The position also applies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis using Articulate Storyline to create online learning products.

Job Duties:

  • Author eLearning content in Articulate Storyline, using course templates and following all development standards for color scheme, graphic design, and functionality.

  • Develops additional interaction templates as required.

  • Develops strategies for integrating film content into courseware interactions.

  • Builds the conceptual design of new interactions.

  • Collaborates with the team in all phases of the development and review cycle.

  • Maintains current knowledge of eLearning industry and technologies

  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.

  • Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

  • Understanding of SCORM specifications and able to develop online training using a variety of COTS products including Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, and Camtasia

  • Demonstrates understanding of eLearning development principles, and how those may affect the strategy used to build a specific interaction.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong customer service skills and customer relationship management experience

Desired Skills:

  • Professional services and consulting firm experience preferred

Years of Experience: 5 years hands-on experience using Articulate Storyline or other commercially available online learning development software (such as Captivate, Lectora, or Camtasia)

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

The SME Front End Web/SharePoint Developer II will support the SharePoint development contractor team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position, and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. * Will engage in design, building, implementation and maintenance of innovative information technology applications. QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Required (Minimum) Qualifications * Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance. * Minimum of five years of experience using Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and REACT. * Three years of experience with Sites, Site Collections, and lists and libraries in SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online and/or Office 365 * Two years of experience with SharePoint Designer and workflow implementation. * Two years of experience managing large projects. * Two years of experience providing customer support. * Five to seven years of experience in Front End Web/SharePoint Development. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics * Ability to provide innovative solutions to effectively streamline customer's processes. * The initiative to research the best possible solution for the customer given limited resources. * Strong written and oral communication skills, including explaining technical and program requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Applicable knowledge of API/RESTful services. * Demonstrated organizational skills. * Must be able to work independently and with a team. * Strong time management and attention to detail skills. * Will receive a skills assessment to verify technical skills. Preferred * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
