Overview: Army Resiliency Training Centers provide instruction in the areas of: resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 30 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and Overseas. The Operations/Training Analyst, working at the Army Resiliency Directorate (ARD) Headquarters, supports program operations and training coordination.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Trains the force on the capabilities of the Army Resiliency Training Center Program.

  • Provides professional customer service by determining client needs and solving problems.

  • Manages program resources inn an efficient and cost-effective manner.

  • Develops staff action packets requesting resources on an as-needed basis.

  • Forecasts future required resources to include financial, personnel, and logistical considerations.

  • Performs other responsibilities as required and supporting contract work performance requirements.

Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • At least five years' experience working with the military.

  • Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check (NAC) background investigation and possess an Interim Secret or Secret Clearance at the start of work performance.

  • Good command of the English language which includes the ability to read, write, understand and effectively communicate.

  • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.

  • Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged.

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.

VIEW JOBS 3/20/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-18T00:00 Overview: The Army Resiliency Training Centers Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for delivery of enhanced performance training to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 30 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and Overseas. Services include instruction in the areas of resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement; as well as Army Resiliency Directorate (ARD) headquarters support in operations analysis, curriculum development, and training coordination. Tasks & Responsibilities: * Serves as the performance enhancement Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding course content implementation, in collaboration with Directorate of Curriculum Development, and as the SME for disabled, wounded/ill/injured populations. * Develops and is responsible for all metrics and program evaluation relating to training center (TC) operations. * Serves as co-chair and member of the ARD/Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Content Steering Committee. * Serves as a member of ArmyFit Content Review Board. * Facilitates external research projects involving training center (TC) staff from the initial planning phase to implementation. * Serves as the lead point of contact for Warrior Transition Command (WTC)/Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) support, providing assistance with policy writing, staff training/development, metrics to measure progress, and Warrior Games management. * Conducts and attends external meetings (i.e., meetings with non-ARD entities), conducts site visits, communicates program metrics to stakeholders, supervises courses, and manages travel. * Participates in program updates briefing; maintain updated training calendars for all training centers. * Prepares contractor required reports and administrative documents. Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities: * Doctorate degree in the field of Psychology or equivalent field. * At least three years of experience in a position that trains resilience content to DoD populations. * Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check (NAC) background investigation and possess an Interim Secret or Secret Clearance at the start of work performance. * Experience managing personnel at one or more sites. Ability to meet and correspond regularly with a Government counterpart. * Experience conducting QC checks and ensuring training requirements are met. * Experience working directly with clients. * Ability to exercise a great deal of independent judgment. * Superb verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
