Art History - Adjunct Instructor

Sacred Heart University's Art & Design Department is seeking a qualified art historian or artist to teach AR 104 American Art, for the Fall 2024 semester.

The course runs Tues/Thursday 11am-12:15pm in-person.

AR 104 AMERICAN ART 3.0 Credit(s)

Covers the ideas and ideals in American art in reference to the European mainstream. Emphasis is on styles and forms of the American environment and experience that constitute the characteristic tradition in painting, sculpture, and architecture.
