- Partner with our head of integrated marketing to develop compelling seasonal campaign concepts that resonate culturally with our target consumers
- Lead the design of multiple seasonal product collections each year (socks and select merch / accessories) that seamlessly tie into and reflect our seasonal campaign concepts, in close partnership with our product development and supply chain teams
- Provide art direction for photo and video shoots that introduces a fresh creative POV to a legacy category
- Conceptualize and execute visually impactful designs for our e-commerce website, email campaigns and flows, organic social media, digital advertising, and other digital platforms.

- Manage freelance creatives (photographers, designers, videographers) on an as-needed basis
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, with increasing scope and responsibilities.
- Prior knowledge and experience in apparel, print, and digital design with a consumer brand. You are comfortable discussing textile selection, color process, and print specs, but can also hold your own when it comes to the digital world.

- Familiarity with and understanding of brand marketing-adjacent functions, from creative production and paid social to automated email flows to retail and digital sales and merchandising.
- You have a finger on the pulse of culture, whether that be sports, fashion, or design
