ARRT Investigator - Atlanta GA
Responsible for investigating, researching, and managing complex and highly sensitive associate relations issues and takes appropriate actions on those fronts.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Partnering with Anthem legal counsel and the Associate Relations Resolution Team (ARRT) leadership to investigate, manage, and respond to employment related legal matters including, but not limited to EEOC charges, demand letters, state/local charges, and legal inquiries.
May be responsible, at the discretion of ARRT leadership, to investigate, manage, and respond to all letters, emails, phone calls, and other employment related inquiries received in the offices of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Partner with ARRT leadership to serve as a gatekeeper for any requests for transition agreements related to the separation/termination process, and will regularly use persuasive and highly advanced communication skills to communicate will all levels of associates throughout the organization.
Employ current technology to communicate and partner with remote associates both on the ARRT team and throughout the organization.
Work with Associate Relations Consultants (ARC) on the ARRT team to mentor, guide, train, and share expert levels of knowledge in the human resources arena, and will also provide feedback concerning ARC performance to ARRT leadership.

6-8 years' experience in Human Resources, including experience directly in associate relations;
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with conflict resolution and coaching.
HR designation strongly PHR, SPHR or WZ certification
Investigatory experience - "Strongly preferred"
Knowledge of employment law
Creating documentation for legal counsel
Working with legal counsel
Experience with PeopleSoft
Employee Relations experience in any industry is highly desired
