FTE: 0.01, Shift: Day, Schedule: on-call coverage

Compensation: (Called In)$1,050.00 per day up to 20 patients. $60.00 per patient above 20. Standby: $200.00 per day

Position Summary

MultiCare Health System Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. Requirements

• BC at the time of employment

• Licensed in the state of Washington by employment

• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority

• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

• Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience with direct patient care with adolescents

• Psychiatry ARNP with child & adolescent experience

• Board certification in area of licensure

• 1-3 years of experience working with the adolescent population

• Well versed in EPIC EMR

• Inpatient psychiatric prescribing experience

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $65.86 - $89.33 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
