R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking motivated and qualified individuals for analyst positions for collecting, aggregating and analyzing readiness and status information performed within the footprint of Army installations. Work is located on site in the client space.

Key job tasks include, but are not limited to:
Collection, consolidation and analysis of Army installation support data
Review of the quality of support services performed at Army installations worldwide
Performance metrics interpretation and recommendation to functional team lead
Providing technical support and guidance on use of Army web-based reporting systems
Performing quality assurance reviews of data across multiple systems
Synchronizing and integrating the major functions of ISR for leadership decision making
Building briefing for Army senior leaders
Making recommendations, and implementing process changes and improvements
Providing support to a team of government and contractor professionals
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university and three (3) years work experience in Army Installation Status Report (ISR) implementation, execution, or analysis for an installation, Major Command, or Army Headquarters.
The candidate must have or be able to obtain a Secret-level DoD clearance.
High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Proficiency with an Army web-based reporting systems is a plus.
The candidate will have strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and have proven data analysis skills. Proficient writing skills is a must. Individual must be able to work on a team dedicated to achieving excellence for the government client.
Ability to teach others, once proficient in functional area is a must.
Travel within the US and abroad is required, but not frequent.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven and documented success in completing objectives under challenging conditions.
