How you'll make an impact

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordination of complex initiatives with an outcome-focused, and results-oriented structured framework

  • Oversee expansion of virtual and physical resources, including the development of VEBA Resource Centers, which are in person holistic health facilities

  • Build and lead a multi-functional, client centric team to develop, implement, measure, and advise on health improvement strategies.

  • Provides leadership and support to through collaborative planning, professional development, coaching, program planning and regular communication.

  • Set departmental strategic objectives and provide leadership, direction and supervision to health improvement team, both internal and external

  • Provide general and strategic management of client relationships at all levels

  • Develop new service offerings, partnerships and programming aligned with the objectives of the VEBA Board of Directors

  • Interface with senior management of related organizations for effective program design, implementation and measurement

  • Develop strategic partnerships with medical groups, community non-profits and other key organizations to further the VEBA mission

  • Management of strategic resources to maximize impact for VEBA membership

  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree + 7 years related experience. Strong quantitative background. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills involving detailed numerical data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred: Experience as a Senior Financial Analyst with demonstrated proficiency in the core requirements of the role.
