Casey's General Stores is seeking a Full-Time Area Supervisor for the Southern Wisconsin area. This position acts as the liaison between the District Manager and assigned stores to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Job duties include ensuring that all company policies are adhered to and stores maintain company standards; auditing daysheets to ensure accurate reporting of each day's activities and sales; auditing gasoline tank inventories, cigarette audits, payroll reports and lottery sales and paid-outs; performing night checks on a monthly basis or as needed; supervising directly or through reporting managers, human resource activities of store operations, such as hiring, training, salary administration, performance management and disciplinary actions; training store managers and employees in various aspects of store operations; assisting reporting personnel in decision making and problem solving; maintaining store operations in absence of store managers; and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned. Travel is required 95% of the time.

The American Red Cross has a full time Collections Staff Scheduler position open in our Madison, WI office. In this role, you be responsible for coordinating collections staffing activities to ensure proper staffing for maintaining optimum productivity and quality donor care. Projects and coordinates resource requests so that each collections operation has staff and resources assigned in a manner that will assure success and/or be in accordance with agreed upon standards. You will maintain close working relationship with collections staff to make critical changes to the collections schedule. Qualifications - Associates Degree and a minimum two years related experience or combination of education and related experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective organization skills and attention to detail is required. Excellent computer skills especially in the use of spreadsheet and/or databases are required. We are seeking a critical thinker that has excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of American Red Cross scheduling or staffing patterns preferred. Responsibilities 1. Schedule collections staff in accordance with booked drives and staffing assigned rules. May coordinate and select training sites. 2. Resolve scheduling conflicts while adhering to regional guidelines which may include scheduling staff required to be included in an on-call rotation and coordinating this particular collection staff on-call coverage. 3. May coordinate staff vacation approvals, sick leave and other time off request based on staffing needs and policies and procedures. Coordinates with staff supervisors on the process. 4. Generate staffing reports for management, as required. 5. Plans for rotation of staff for out-of-town, weekend and holiday operations. Balances workload among individuals and considers travel and overtime cost in the process. 6. Routinely monitor and identify critical scheduling related indicators and trends, communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
