MISSION:

The Part-Time Area Supervisor will work approximately 5 hours per night, 5 nights a week and will be responsible for managing operations for up to 12 multifamily (apartment) communities within an assigned district. The Area Supervisor works alongside our frontline employees, splitting their time between training and oversight of the remote workforce who service our communities.

The main function of this role will be to ensure that nightly trash pick-up is completed per schedule to 100% satisfaction of our Clients! As we grow and bring on new communities, the Area Supervisor will coordinate with the field team to ensure a successful rollout and service launch.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring satisfactory completion of door step trash/recycling collection on service evenings
  • Conduct on-site quality reviews of team to ensure service is executed according to Trash Butler standards of service and safety policies
  • Train/onboard new staff as well as provide continuing education as needed
  • Monitor staff check in/out and overall time to completion using our proprietary technology
  • Assist with the rollout/launch of service on new properties
  • Provide on-call support to workforce
  • Manage workforce inventory/supplies; including Butler Uniform, Tote Bags, Etc.
  • Work collaboratively with other business units as required to serve customer
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred
  • Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 20 who work 5 days a week; roughly 4-5 hours per evening
  • Basic employee relations experience as it relates to hiring and management
  • Experience in multi-site operations
  • Experience providing customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

The RAM will be assigned a sales territory focused on community hospitals, private practices, and infusion centers. Growth and expansion of the Complement and Coagulation portfolio and other products, following FDA approval, for appropriate specialists. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for sales achievement and relationship development across the entire patient journey within aligned accounts and surrounding territory and referral centers in defined area. Products are promoted appropriately an in-serviced throughout assigned community accounts. Principal Responsibilities * Consistently achieves or exceeds sales objectives in assigned territory * Creates and maintains strategically targeted account-specific business plans that reflect an in-depth understanding of local market forces impacting product sales * Develop and maintain strong in-depth clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge as well as solid marketplace understanding of community accounts placement inside of associated HCO and IDN networks * Demonstrates the ability to educate on the clinical approach to the disease states leading to a successful differential diagnosis and appropriate testing and treatment of patient population * Appropriately utilizes all marketing tools and resources including power point presentations * Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Complement IAM(s), Coagulation IAM(s), TLL(s), SAL(s), MSL(s) and Market Access, Diagnostics, and enterprise partners * Leads the implementation for our patient-centric partnership model which will include physicians, their staff, patients, clinics, and hospitals * Execution of local promotional activities and programs for therapeutics areas * Provides a high level of product expertise and customer service to all accounts * Tracks activities and submits reports on sales activities accurately & on-time * Proactively interacts with Alexion management to refine product and market initiatives * Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company's policies and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * 6 years Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical sales experience, including 3 years biotechnology/Pharmaceutical sales experience calling on community hospital systems, private practices/clinics * Proven, documented track record for delivering consistent, 'Top-tier' sales results * Ability to work effectively independently and in an interdependent, team-oriented environment on a consistent basis * Demonstrated ability to successfully seek out and qualify leads and profile new accounts * Ability to gain consistent access & develop strong, professional relationships for scientific exchange and promotion with healthcare providers in community * Effective administrator who efficiently manages time, CRM tool, resources, and workload * Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities * Ability to travel within territory on a regular basis which will include frequent overnight and weekend travel * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Qualifications * Advanced or master's degree * Sales experience in the orphan or ultra-orphan area #LI-HT1 Atlanta, GA, United States Some opportunities happen only once in a lifetime - like a job where you have the extraordinary opportunity to change lives.
