Position: Area Supervisor

  • Ensuring Multi-Unit and Store Managers effectively complete duties, such as providing accurate reports, tracking and reconciling coupons and certificate, and creating and posting crew work schedules

  • Ensuring all stores meet standards for optimum costs, top-notch performance, and Federal, State and Local labor laws.

  • Ensuring all prep areas, equipment, and utensils meet sanitary standards in accordance with company and local health department standards.

  • Baking up effective sales-building and creative local store marketing plans

  • Upholding our commitment to proper operational, health, and reconciliation procedures

  • Taking the lead in opening new stores

What you bring to the table:

  • 5 - 7 years of awesome supervisory experience at another lucky QSR

  • Multi-unit experience

  • ServSafe certification required - you're a food and beverage safety expert!

  • Ability to wow an audience with strong communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills and strategies to keep customers lining up for more pizza

  • Technically wholesome: Adequate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS.

  • Getting down to business: You have the know-how to analyze store financials, P&Ls, break-even, food costs, labor and other financial information to positively impact store operations

  • You know how to meet deadlines, just like you know how to service a customer quickly and efficiently

  • Must be able to travel via automobile with a valid driver's licenseno, not just for personal vacations, but for business purposes

  • Stand and walk, reach with hands, and arms, bend and stoop, kneel or crouch; this job has you on your feet up to 75% of the time.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. (Not as heavy as a lion!)

Work in conjunction with other team members to ensure appropriate level of staffing and coordination of care in order to meet client goals. This position requires an ability to be flexible and work with all members of the health care team and provide ongoing supervision, clinical education, support, and evaluation to the nursing staff. * At Unskilled Locations - This position will only supervise unskilled roles, such as HHAs, CNAs, and Direct Care Workers.* Responsibilities * Assume responsibility in coordinating care to assigned clients, establishing a goal directed care plan from admission to discharge which includes a comprehensive ongoing assessment of clients' needs * Perform on site supervisory visits to assess client, family, environment, and clinical care givers and complete follow-up documentation * Ensure availability and proper operation of necessary equipment and supplies related to patient care * Provide direct client care as needed * Promote and manage expectations and satisfaction with internal and external customers * Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nurse practice and nursing services, analyzing appropriate data and information to identify opportunities for collaboration with all stakeholders in order to improve services and patient outcomes * Provide nursing updates and obtain re-authorization for continued care * Provide ongoing supervision, orientation, training, education, and evaluation of clinical field staff * Identify professional practice standards within the organization and identify areas of strengths as well as areas for professional practice development * Contribute to nursing education and professional development of staff, students, and colleagues * Participate in employment decisions affecting nursing staff, including hiring and termination as appropriate * Maintain compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures, laws and regulations, and professional standards within the state of practice * Maintain a professional demeanor consistent with registered nurse standards of practice * Provide best practice in delivery of nursing care to the appropriate population and adhere to the standards of professional nursing practice * Base decisions and actions on ethical principles and foster a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory climate in which care is delivered in a manner sensitive to socio-cultural diversity * Participate in call for after hour's client care * Promote an environment of quality and safe client care through participation, development, and adherence to the QA plan and associated activities and metrics * Ability to assess clients and provide direct client care as needed Requirements * Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor degree in nursing from state accredited RN program * LPN licensure in designated states as appropriate * Valid Driver's license and Acceptable MVR * Clinical or other work experience as per state and/or federal laws and regulations Preferences * If supervising Private Duty has a minimum of two years' experience in private duty, home care, or health care and the knowledge, experience and ability to effectively administer the private duty program preferred Other Skills/Abilities * Must be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times * Knowledge and understanding of compliance with adherence to regulations * Ability to comfortably work with families with limited resources * Quick-thinking and astute decision making skills * Attention to detail * Time Management * Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution * Excellent organization and communication skills * Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations * Strong commitment to clinical excellence * Leadership skills * Ability to train and supervise staff Physical Requirements * Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English * Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation * Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds * Must be able to lift 50 pounds * Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting * Must be able to sit and climb stairs * Must have visual and hearing acuity * Must have strong sense of smell and touch * Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance * Must be able to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or during transport * Occasional rapid movement and physical agility in response to the spontaneity of children and those patients with neurological impairment Environment * Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions * Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases Other Duties * Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
