Annual Base Salary: $70,500-$80,500

Requirements:

The Area Supervisor is responsible for running a profitable patch of restaurants and for making sure the restaurants meet McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness among many other responsibilities. Standards are high, so this is a big job! The Area Supervisor works strategically with his/her team to set the restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve the goals with a strategic and dynamic mindset.
