Multi-site leadership experience

Success in building and maintaining effective and efficient teams

Ability to motivate and inspire those around you to work toward common goals

Track record of success in a performance driven team-work environment

Demonstrate a friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic attitude at all times

Experience providing high-end customer service

Adapts well and quickly to various situations

Ability to travel through your designated market

A desire for personal growth

Must have prior multi-site management experience, preferably in the fitness industry or a comparable industry. No Exceptions!
