Who we're looking for
Toyota's Eastern Region is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Area Sales Manager to work in the Syracuse, NY market.
What you'll be doing
Meeting with Toyota owners and executive managers in development of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business and improve customer loyalty with TFS
Increasing finance contract market share and contract volume annually
Increasing insurance contract penetration and contract volume annually
Ability to identify incremental business opportunity with assigned dealers and effectively position TFS products and programs in order to generate additional volume
Providing effective dealer training, guidance, direction and support to achieve required objectives
What you bring
Minimum 4 years of experience in a captive finance and/or insurance environment or equivalent
B.A./B.S. degree preferred
Strong verbal, written, negotiation and analytical skills
Public speaking/Presentation skills (ability to demonstrate as part of the selection process)
Demonstrated leadership/Sales skills
Automotive dealer contact experience
Strong organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Over the course of the next year through the end of calendar year 2020, this office will be relocating to one of our new Dealer Service Centers located in Atlanta, GA; Plano, TX or Chandler, AZ. As a result, this position will be key pointed in this office's current market.
