We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to work autonomously in their own territory. We are a FinTech company that is experiencing tremendous growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, outside sales person that wants to be part of something big.

Annual on target earnings are $125,000 to $175,000 with a mileage reimbursement.

To excel in this role, you'll utilize your past outside sales experience to work your own territory. To excel in this role youll need to be self-motivated, willing to work hard, be a creative problem solver, and establish and maintain client relationships.

The Job

  • Use company-provided data, leads, online searches, and social media to contact prospective merchant partners in your territory

  • Work out of your car as you travel daily to meet prospects and customers in person.

  • Build relationships with merchant partners, understand their business objectives, and effectively communicate Snaps unique value proposition

  • Utilize reports and data to uncover additional revenue potential within your merchant portfolio.

  • Work closely with Client Success Managers to grow business from your portfolio of merchants.

  • Address competitive threats and resolve merchant concerns.

You

  • Bachelors Degree with 3-4 years of outside B2B selling or 7+ years of experience in outside B2B sales

  • Proven track record of success in face-to-face selling; confidence in selling and closing skills

  • High energy, a bit of swagger and a tenacious team player

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable sales goals

  • Must be highly self-motivated and create and manage your schedule each week

  • Excellent time management, ability to handle stress and professionalism

  • Excellent face-to-face, writing and phone skills

The Associate Sales Consultant (ASC) reports to the Region Manager (RM) and to the Area Vice President (AVP) or in some cases the Territory Leader (TL) in a region. The ASC is responsible for working at the direction of a Sales Consultant (SC) to ensure the achievement of the annual sales forecast and other related targets in their geographic territory. Responsibilities include: * servicing existing customers * managing company assets * sales logistics * execution of national, regional, and local initiatives. This Position requires extensive travel within territory with the possibility of weekend work and/or limited overnight travel. Majority of time will be spent in surgeon office and/or hospital setting and includes coverage of cases in operating room (OR), coordination of equipment required for case coverage, and logistics related to hospital billing and replenishment. Qualifications Required Qualifications * A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or at least one year of Orthopedic experience in either sales or surgical/RN/Technical. * The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment. * A valid driver's license issued in the United States * The ability to travel which may include weekend and/or overnight travel. * Residence in or be willingness to relocate to the posted territory. * Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving and business acumen skills required. * A qualified candidate will be efficient, organized, self-motivated, positive and pro-active Preferred Qualifications: * Two (2) years+ of previous experience in one of the following: healthcare sales experience or hospital/Operating room experience, or clinical experience in orthopedic sports medicine.
