As a United Auto Credit Sales Rep you are the face of the Company with our number one customer - our dealers. A DAY IN THE LIFE
A typical day for a United Auto Credit Area Manager includes:
Lead, motivate and train subordinate staff of Level 1 Internal Area Managers in the achievement of sales objectives. Collaborate with the Division Manager of Internal Sales and Marketing to ensure that all established sales strategies are properly implemented.
Monitor and review sales productivity - including, but not limited to new dealer sign-ups, application count, contract volume, and UACC GAP and Warranty sales - to ensure achievement of sale objectives.
Review dealer sign-up and contact documentation to ensure procedural compliance and adequate coverage of dealer issues.
Establish and execute sales improvement plans to ensure improvement in areas of deficiency and achievement sales objectives.
Participate in the interview and selection process to fill open sales positions as needed.
Coordinate with the Division Manager - Internal Sales and Marketing and Human Resources to effectively address performance issues or behavioral concerns in a timely manner as necessary.
The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for the development of their assigned sales team through on-going training and mentoring.
Assume responsibility for direct management of individual dealer relationship as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

1-3 years previous experience in a challenging telephone sales role with a proven track record of success.
Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector, Auto or Auto Finance is preferred but not required.
Must be high energy and engaging - someone people enjoy working with.
Strong numeric ability for the purpose of reading and understanding credit applications and structuring deals.
Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently.
High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change.
Excellent Time Management and Communication skills ( English/Spanish)
