Encompass Health - Home Health & Hospice is searching for an experienced account executive to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. We offer a structured, fast paced environment with exceptional benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Represent Encompass in activities involving professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurses' associations, state and county medical societies to apprise them of the availability of services.

  • Implement programs and protocols that provide improved home health care and hospice services.

  • Serve as a public awareness representative for Encompass.

  • Responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services available through the agency and methodologies for obtaining such services.

  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding referral and admission goals as set by Division Manager.


Previous home health or hospice sales experience is preferred, but talent and demonstrated sales performance is equally important.

  • Must have a college degree, or at least one year of sales or business experience, or be a licensed nurse.

  • Ability to develop and support referral source relationships.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

  • Must be comfortable with making cold calls.

  • Ability to execute presentations to physicians with confidence and composure.

  • Exceptional and consistent customer service skills.

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

VIEW JOBS 5/4/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-08-02T00:00 Description The Senior Project Manager provides a combination of capabilities including Agile leadership (Kanban/Scrum), Project Management, Process Engineering support, and Change Management expertise across all Commercial Operations business lines in order to support both Strategic Change initiatives and Businesses As Usual change activity as part of the Bank's Modern Operating Model (MoM). This involves both management and hands-on tracking of initiatives, tasks and relationships with counterparts in Technology Services, Sourcing, the Enterprise Data Office, Risk, Legal and Finance. The role will provide support to the Town Program Manager within the Bank's Commercial Shared Operations (CSO) group, to ensure that strategic change initiatives and business as usual processes are efficient, timely, well controlled, clearly communicated and accurately delivered, while supporting agile business change. Strategic thinking and the ability to derive actionable insights from critical thinking, asking probing questions and analyzing for root cause are important to success in the role. Accountable tasks will be varied, and include initiative management and facilitation/coordination, continuous improvement and efficiency efforts, change management and other tasks as assigned, and will typically be cross-functional in nature. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: * 3-5+ years of project management experience, with focus on agile change frameworks and delivery as a key member of a team, with clearly demonstrated delivery successes * Strong JIRA skills * Strong Confluence skills * Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; and Visio) preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Solid experience preparing updates and presentations for a wide variety of executive audiences * Strong problem-solving skills - creative and flexible * Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and facilitate, including removing blockers from discussions * Comfortable with reprioritization and ability to pivot in solutioning * Banking, Financial Services and/or Operations experience a plus * Experience with re-platforming and systems conversions a plus Duties and Responsibilities: Agile Town Level: * Support town analysis of dependencies, vendor discovery, and priorities * MoM Governance & Risk assessments/partnership and request fulfillment * MoM Update/delivery comms across Commercial Operations (successes, milestones) * Blog or SharePoint inventory of tools and capabilities available to solve complex Operational challenges Agile Neighborhood Level: * Support prioritization/refinement of neighborhood backlog * Partner with EOs to develop mission, OKRs, and working agreements * Break backlog into MVP phases, stories, and a workable backlog * Maintenance of Neighborhood level JIRA project Administrators/Scrum Master roles * Coordinate and lead solution/product demos Agile Pod Level: * Support Jira Story-writing Process * Facilitate day-to-day agile ceremonies for 1 or multiple pods * Set up and maintenance of Jira boards * Resolve or escalate pod impediments * Engage agile coach to resolve issues and identify improvements * Partner w/ various teams to deliver (sourcing/cyber/tech/marketing/etc.) * Epic level meeting coordination * Process Improvement/Data Support within Pods * Manage pod-level DL groups (for simplified comms) * Load pod documents/files into Confluence for centralized tracking Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: Bachelor's Degree required in areas such as Business, Finance, Technology or Strategy preferred Why Work for Us At Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
