Area Sales Manager

Job Description Job Description The Area Sales Manager is a field sales leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving new and existing business development, brand loyalty, brand recognition and personnel development in Houston. Responsible for creating and executing relevant sell-in and sell through strategies, business development strategies and training, business consultation, sales and retail promotions and strong relationship management.

The ASM is directly accountable for achieving the territory's goals and driving growth. What you will do: Create a powerful, trusting relationship with clients Create and execute approved retail and sales promotions Maintain sole field sales responsibilities Sell in new products to existing and new salons Achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with the salon owners, managers, and stylists. Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activity Report up via weekly touch base to CandyLux Executive Team Complete and submit all required reports - administrative, forecasting, business development, etc.
