Area Sales Manager (Beauty and Skincare) (JB4524)Cape Town, Western Cape (Hybrid)R10 000 Basic per month plus commission and incentivesPermanent Join a leading company in the high-end beauty products industry as an Area Manager in Cape Town. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and lead a team of in-store promoters. With a strong focus on recruitment, training, and performance management, you will play a key role in achieving daily sales targets and ensuring optimal store coverage. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a proven track record in direct sales and team management.Minimum Requirements:
3 - 5 years experience in direct sales and team managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a large teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented environmentMust own a car for travel between store locationsPrevious experience in the high-end beauty products industryValid driver's licenseWillingness to work outside of normal operating hoursDuties and Responsibilities:Recruit and Train Team Members: Source, hire, and provide comprehensive training to in-store promotersStrategic Team Deployment: Allocate promoters to various stores to ensure optimal coverage and performanceDrive Sales Targets: Encourage and lead the team to consistently achieve and surpass daily sales goalsMonitor and Enhance Performance: Establish a high-performance culture with a continuous focus on sales achievementsManage Sales Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of sales reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvementTravel Between Locations: Regularly visit different sites to supervise operations and ensure smooth execution of sales strategiesPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields.
