Responsibilities

As our Area Sales Director, you will:

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee sales and admissions for six centers in Kansas.

• Drive Growth: Implement strategies to boost business in your area.

• Develop Talent: Train and mentor your sales team to achieve excellence.

• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with key decision-makers.

• Innovate & Excel: Identify new business opportunities and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with individuals at all levels both within the organization and with outside contacts.

• Adequate computer skills for required data entry, reports and communication.

• Have or develop an understanding of financial options for Skilled Nursing coverage in order to explain options to potential patients/residents and family members.

• Comply with HIPAA as this position may have access to protected health information in the resident's clinical and financial records, to conduct job duties.
