Position Summary : PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking an Onsite Resident Manager for 4 properties located in Gardena, CA totaling 119 units. Rent collections Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep Marketing and leasing vacant units Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management Ability to conduct market surveys monthly Requirements Include: Must have 2-4 years multi-property management experience Knowledge of Yardi Voyager Good verbal & written communication skills Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff Experience overseeing vendors Knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel) Proven ability to market; lease apartments Must live on-site A valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance will A background, DMV and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of the hiring process Compensation Includes: $19.00-$23.00 per hour 2 Bedroom Apartment valued at $2100 per month for free , a total compensation package valued at more than $60k per year.
