Responsible for overall leadership, direction and control of activities and achievement of assigned sales quotas and goals within the Commercial Accounts in Northern California and Nevada.
Recruit and hire world class talent.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline by engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers
Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships at C-level, VP and Director-levels across companies and across Check Point Channel Partners.
Focus on the development of the sales channel, enhance the performance of the current distributors/VARs and extend the market coverage through additional partners.
Grow, motivate and maintain an effective sales force through ongoing mentoring and skill development of the sales team
Ability to implement, lead and hold sales resources accountable to sales process, forecast methodology and sales strategy
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a requirement, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
3+ years of Direct-Line Management experience preferred
Minimum 7-10 Years Enterprise Sales Experience
Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience
Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and objectives
