Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
Ensures appropriate inventory levels are maintained
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Ensures policies and procedures for operations
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Supports budgets and finances of multiple departments for assigned shift
Tracks and reports performance metrics (for example, job performance, productivity, volume) of all functional areas during assigned shift for the facility
Additional Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience as a Wal-Mart Area Manager(non-pharmacy).
3 years external work experience as a manager in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or business related field (for example, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics).
